Sutter Plumbing provides competent, cost effective sewer scoping and
afterwards supplies a videotape of their findings.  This serves to ensure
your peace of mind about underground sewer lines which otherwise could not
be inspected.  

We will be glad to coordinate with Sutter Plumbing and arrange for them to
be present at the time of our building inspection whenever possible.   You
may pay Sutter Plumbing for their services at the completion of their
inspection.
